(no subject)

well, i'm still trying to decide what to do about the doggie next door. i really want to bring him home. but i think i'll wait until wednesday when i will have some money to take him to the vet. because i can't have him at the house with the other doggies if he has something bad contagious or something. also i need to find out if he plays well with others, and if my others will play well with him! i think since he is a boy doggie my girl doggies might be okay with him. also, since i think he's younger than they are.
i think i have to bring him home with me because everytime i think about him i cry or almost do. and i think about him a lot.
anyway, i am sure that dave will not be pleased, but the truth is that in the condition he is in, no one will want him. because he's all stinky and dirty and skinny and scabby. i don't know if it's mange or a fungal infection or if he just has rough skin patches because he was stuck in a small place for a long time. i'm pretty sure it's at least the last thing and something else too because he's so itchy.
blah. he seems like a really nice doggie, though. and very hungry.
anyway, dave stayed home from work today and that is bothersome, but i will try to accomplish some stuff.
i went to target and got some laundry detergent.
since i've some home sprite has been a crazy dog. she really needs someone to play with. she wants to play with phoebe, but phoebe doesn't like to play. she wants a doggie to play with, not a person, too.
anyway, i guess i'm going to try to do something productive.

okay, so i've been watching a&e and they are advertising for 'midsomer murders' tonight, and say something about...'a bizarre triangle of love...' so i want them to just say 'bizarre love triangle...'
and, i think that tomorrow i'm going to really take the plunge and tell the people at the biscuit that i want that doggie. because i will be able to take him to the vet on wednesday, at least to get checked out. any maybe someone will tell me about a vet who would be nice about how to pay if he's really sick.
i think sprite and phoebe would be okay, especially since sprite hasn't had a playmate ever since phoebe is not that kind of dog.
anyway, i am sure that everyone is sick of hearing me talk about this dog incessantly. it must be clear that i like animals more than people, since my dear dave has only gotten a little mention. he is up now. i hope he goes to work tomorrow. or at least goes to work on wednesday and thursday.
i am giving a massage out of work on thursday. to my one regular client...lol
anyway, that's good. she hasn't called in awhile...must be busy at work.
okay, time to write in my regular journal now.

so....i caught up in my offline journal. sprite is in the hallway wagging her tail at dave. who is drinking coffee...at this hour! so i am guessing that he is not going to work tomorrow.
but i am, even though i am not going to have any clients. but maybe i can get my brows waxed. since they need it. and i can take care of the other thing i haven't stopped talking about.
not much else going on here. i really should have done some laundry today. but i ended up just sleeping a lot.
i wonder how long it's going to take my boots to get here. since they said they would mail them last week.
and i have to get my money order for my books of knowledge. but i'm going to do that on wednesday, and also mail off my book stuff that i need to mail off that will probably be rejected because i have waited so long to send it off. and also i'm going to mail off my friend's afghan which i finished awhile ago and just haven't sent to her.
such exciting things i have planned for this week! i also have to make dinner reservations for friday.
okay.
i think i'm going to read more of helter skelter now. and squish my dog, because she hates it when i squish on her but she's so cute i can't help it...
