(no subject)

so, i am in a much better mood now that i have briefly left the house and encountered polite and friendly people everywhere i went! even the bank! especially the bank, actually. i don't believe i've ever had such a polite and friendly teller.
then i went to office depot and they didn't have what i wanted, but i got some other stuff i wanted. and then i went to kmart, and got more stuff i didn't need. and i got stamps. i wanted to get a sheet of houdini stamps, but got books of antique toys instead because the line was too long.
so, that's about it. now i'm going to spend the rest of the day baking. i am making cookies for beltane and banana bread because i have some very ripe bananas.
and then i have to pack and stress about that and wake up very early in the morning and spend most of tomorrow driving. which wouldn't be bad if i had air conditioning, but i don't. so i will probably be rather wilted at the funeral.
okay. time to be productive!
