Jul. 19th, 2003 12:54 amwell, no movie tonight. oh well. we watched monk and had an encounter with a roach *shudder*...i HATE roaches and am SOOOOOO afraid of them.
dave saw the roach and told phoebe to get it, so she chased it under the sofa. then, about 30 minutes into 'monk,' i look next to me, and there's the roach...like RIGHT next to me. so i screamed and jumped up, and dave said he would get the roach this time (not leave it to phoebe). i, meanwhile, stand around and whimper, since the roach started to crawl into my box with all my crocheting. but dave got it. now i am imagining creepy crawlies all over the place, which freaks me out.
bleah!
i hope it was the roach that i saw the other day in the bathroom, so i don't have to worry about more than one at a time.
tomorrow will be sewing day at least some of the time, and maybe dave and i will go to the movies. i hope so, and i hope we can go see 'pirates.'
i also am planning to dye my hair tomorrow.
