(no subject)

so i had my first day of training today. it was okay. not horrible and not wonderful. i like the people, and apparently i don't seem to mind cleaning other people's houses, just my own. of course, my own house requires straightening and organizing, which is what i don't like.
dave has jerry rigged the dryer. he seemed a little crabby when i talked to him tonight, for some reason. oh well. hopefully he'll be in a better mood when i come home tomorrow.
after i worked, my mom got us food from the middle eastern place here, and my massage client stood me up, and we did the kundalini yoga video. i was hoping it would make my back feel better. i think it helped a little, but it's still sore. and my arms are also sore from scrubbing bathrooms. so i'm going to go in the spa. and i'm also going to bring my parrafin spa thing here so i can use it on my hands and feet, particularly hands so i don't fuck them up with cleaning.
oh, and my mom and i got ice cream tonight as well.
and my dad and stepmother are celebrating their anniversary tonight...i think their anniversary is on saturday. 27 years...i think that's what the calendar said, anyway.
after i go in the spa i'm going to read some more of the rather boring creole book i'm reading. hopefully it will get more interesting.
